How does a contractor get an account?

Sign up under contractor portal on the website or fill out an application through one of the stores. Once it has been approved they receive an email.

When placing a Special Order, What is the ETA and how do I order?

All Special Orders are full pallets only and eta is determined by what is available with our supplier.

How long after the rain untill you can load soil?

At Least 48 Hours after any substantial rainfall. Always best to check with the location you are wanting to pick up from.

Do all your locations carry the same products?

Every site will stock the standard bulk materials including Decorative Rocks, Soil & Compost, Bark & Mulch, Gravel & Sand.

Our St. Albert yard has the most stock available in every department.

Our Edmonton SW yard carries some hardscapes

The Edmonton NW carry bulk products only until further notice.

What is the time frame for Delivery?

All Deliveries occur during business hours (8-6 Monday to Friday), as we try to do our best to accommodate all requests we cannot guarantee a time or give a better ETA as it will be put into que for the driver for that area.
