Core Drilling
Drilling through rock to run a water or gas line requires choosing the right rock for the purpose. Come in and we’ll guide you through the process as we achieve what you’ve envisioned.
Water Bubblers
Rockland Landscaping Supplies cores rocks to create water bubblers
Water features are particularly attractive and soothing. Out here in the west, we have an abundant supply of beautiful stone to choose from. Will it be a tall basalt or a veined boulder? Will it be the focal point that stands alone or a feature which works with existing landscaping and plants? Want a dramatic cascading effect? Choose a wavy rock that makes the water dance and ripple.
Fire Rocks
Rockland Landscaping Supplies cores rocks to create fire rocks
We take a boulder that is relatively smooth top and bottom and core it. A natural gas or propane line is run up through it like a bubbler’s water line, and on the top a flame ring is mounted. More than a decorative flame, the stone heats up, warming all who gather around it. Perfect for those western spring and summer evenings when the air is crisp and fresh and you’re sharing good times in good company.
